The center has an infant being held by hands, the hands are 24ct gold plated and this image is approx 3/4 the size of the coin. This coin is designed so it could be engraved but it wouldn't have to be. You could order this without engraving and then simply order a front name plate with engraving or you could order both. Use engraving format F.
